I love this post by Katie Goode LMFT on creating affirmations. Affirmations do not sit well with me and even remind me of fingers on a chalk board.

I have just found your blog following the comment your left at Pilgrim's blog.
I don't like affirmations, but I have found there exists a method called EFT that balances both the negative feelings and the affirmations on self-acceptance.
